These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the event Registration payment processing services (“Services”) provided by MinisterOf.Fun and its associates, owners, partners, contractors, and assigns (“Company”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

2. Services Description

The Services provided by the Company enable event organizers/hosts/planners/promoters (“Organizers”) to process payments and Registrations for their events hosted on their websites or platforms. The Company acts as a third-party payment processor and facilitates the transaction between the event participants (“Participants”) and the Organizers.

3. Registration Process

Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided by Participants. Organizers reserve the right to reject or limit registrations, subject to their own terms and conditions.

4. Payment Processing

a. Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the specified amount for the event Registration on behalf of the Organizer. The Company may use third-party payment processors to facilitate the transaction securely.

b. Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the respective Organizers. Participants should review and understand the refund policies before completing their registration. The Company is not responsible for issuing refunds, and any refund requests should be directed to the Organizer.

c. Security: The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and privacy of your payment information. However, the Company cannot guarantee the complete security of data transmitted over the internet. Participants are solely responsible for keeping their account credentials and payment information secure.

5. Fees

a. Transaction Fees: The Company may charge transaction fees to the Organizer for the use of the Services. Details regarding applicable fees will be provided separately and may be subject to change.

b. Payment Collection: The Company collects payments on behalf of the Organizer and disburses funds in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Any disputes or discrepancies related to funds must be resolved between the Organizer and the Company directly.

c. Taxes: The Company collects payments on behalf of the Organizer and does not collect, report, or pay any tax liability of the Organizer. The Organizer is solely responsible for all tax liabilities of their event.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: The Company retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to the Services, including any software, documentation, design elements, logos, and trademarks.

b. License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for the purpose of event Registration and payment processing, as permitted by these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. The Company may also modify these Terms from time to time, and any such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.
